Free music
The resort runs free live music on Friday and Saturday nights in Tonic Bar from 9 pm to midnight, and afternoon sets in the Watergarden on Sundays from 2 to 5 pm. The performers change weekly and are listed by name on the resort's entertainment page; no ticket is needed. Ticketed concerts in the showroom are listed on the shows page.
Choosing a bar
Tonic is the weekend venue, with a stage, a screen and a deck, and it doubles as an event space for between 40 and 180 people. The Watergarden Bar keeps the longest hours and is the one open in the afternoon; it is part of the ground-floor Watergarden area, which also holds gaming machines and Keno. The Sports Bar is the place for a match on a big screen. Bolters Bar is the quiet, local-pub option at the Villas, and its bottle shop is the nearest place to buy a bottle of Tasmanian wine for the room.
For the gaming areas next to some of these bars, the casino page sets out the rules and hours, and the responsible gambling page lists the help available.
