Is a credit card needed at check-in?
The resort says a security pre-authorisation may be taken on arrival to cover incidentals, and that the time it takes to be released varies by bank.

Resort rooms have daily housekeeping. In the Villas, servicing schedules vary by villa type and length of stay.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, across the Resort and the Villas, along with Foxtel in every room.
Are pets allowed?
The resort's pages checked for this guide do not mention a pet policy. The desk asks the resort before confirming any request that involves an animal.

How do guests get between the Resort and the Villas?

Families, groups and access

Are there interconnecting rooms?
The resort says selected rooms and villas can be configured for friends and families and asks guests to enquire at booking.
Are accessible rooms available?
Yes, on request at the Resort and at selected Villas; the Deluxe King and the One Bedroom Garden Villa are listed with an accessible option. Wheelchair access is provided across public areas and venues. See the accessibility page.

Adults aged 18 and over, with valid photo identification. Certain bars are also 18+. Details are on the casino page.

Smart casual is recommended. In gaming areas, hoodies or helmets over the head, offensive slogans, motorcycle club colours, swimwear and untidy or dirty clothing or shoes are not permitted.
Are there surcharges?
A 10% Sunday surcharge and a 15% public-holiday surcharge apply to food, drink and activities across the property; the resort calls these indicative.
Does the resort match prices?
Its FAQ says that if a lower eligible rate is found, the reservations team will match it.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the rate. Flexible rates can be cancelled within set windows; non-refundable and early-booking rates allow no changes or refunds. The desk states the terms of any rate it passes on.
