Request a room
Give the dates, the party and the room or villa. The desk checks with the resort or a booking partner and replies by email. Nothing is booked or charged until the guest says yes.

How a request is handled

Getting the most from the notes
- Bed set-up: a king that splits into singles, a cot or a rollaway.
- Floor: ground level, or no stairs (some upper villa apartments have no lift).
- Occasion: a birthday or anniversary the resort can be told about.
- Plans: a golf tee time from December 2026, a show date, a function in the ballroom.
- Access needs, in as much detail as is useful.
