Facts checked against official sources 31 October 2026 · Casino areas 18+

Country Club Villas is the second accommodation precinct of the resort, with its own address at 10 Casino Rise, Prospect Vale. The resort describes the villas as individual or semi-detached units, each self-contained with a living room, a kitchenette with appliances, a private bathroom, Wi-Fi and Foxtel, and parking directly at the door. Beside them is Bolters, a small food-and-drink precinct with a grill, a wood-fired pizzeria, a bar and bottle shop, a playground and barbecue facilities.

The shuttle pattern matters for families without a second driver: on a weekday morning there is no listed shuttle, so breakfast at Links means a walk or a short drive. Bolters serves dinner only, so the Villas are set up for guests who make their own breakfast in the kitchenette.

What the Villas do not have

Who the Villas suit

The resort's corporate notes single out regular work travellers and people in the trades, who value a secure car space at the door for tools and equipment, and families who need a kitchen and a second bedroom. The villas also keep their own indoor pool, spa and gym, which stay open while the Resort health centre is closed for works. For a side-by-side look at the two precincts, see the Resort-or-Villas comparison.
