The official page calls the Three Bedroom Villa one of the largest apartments in the villa complex and the choice for families and groups of up to six. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has two singles. The shared living area includes a kitchenette with a microwave, intended, in the resort's words, for light meals.

Kitchenette, not kitchen
One detail separates this villa from the two-bedroom layout: the two-bedroom page describes a fully equipped kitchen, while the three-bedroom page describes a kitchenette for light meals. A group of six planning to cook every night should ask what equipment is in the unit; a group planning to eat at Bolters or the Resort will not notice the difference.
Groups of six
Two couples with two children, three golfing pairs, or a work crew are the obvious occupants. For larger parties, the resort's FAQ says selected rooms and villas can be configured for friends and families; a group request through this site can ask for neighbouring units, which the resort allocates. Groups planning a meal together can book Bolters Grill, which takes groups of up to 100 on set menus.
