Pools, courts and riding: what is open and what is not
Two indoor pools, one of them closed for works; tennis and pickleball courts; bikes, trail rides and a playground — with the dates the resort gives for each closure.

The leisure facilities are free for house guests, and they are spread across both precincts. In late 2026 the picture is uneven, so the status of each is set out first.

The two pools
Both pools are indoor, 13 metres long and heated to 25 °C, with a spa at 30 °C. The Resort pool runs from 1.1 m to 2.3 m deep and adds a wading pool and a sauna; the Villas pool is shallower, from 1 m to 1.5 m, and sits next to the Villas gym near Bolters. While the Resort health centre is closed, Resort guests use the Villas pool, which is a short drive or a ten-minute walk away.
Courts and bikes
Tennis and pickleball are free for guests and charged by the hour to visitors. Mountain bikes and helmets can be hired to ride the formed trails and bush tracks around the property; the resort says the hire income goes to its Staff Community Fund. Serious mountain bikers are pointed to Blue Derby, about an hour and a half away by car.
Riding
Guided pony and trail rides are temporarily unavailable and are due back in early January 2027. When they return, children must be at least eight years old for horse rides and there is a weight limit of 110 kg.
Spa treatments
The official pages describe spa pools but not a day spa with treatments; no massage or beauty service is listed. Guests looking for treatments should not book on the assumption that one exists on site.
