The resort itself speaks of nine restaurants and bars. For a guest working out where to eat, it is simpler to count the kitchens: a fine-dining room, an everyday restaurant with a buffet, a café, a grill and a pizzeria at the Villas, a clubhouse kitchen at The Range and in-room dining. One venue, Watergarden Dining, is closed for renovation, and its menu has moved upstairs to Links.

Terrace Kitchen
Terrace Kitchen is the resort's formal room. The menu follows the seasons and leans on Tasmanian and Australian produce, and alongside the full dinner menu there is a Date Night Menu for two with shared starters, paired mains and dessert. The resort's news page reports that the Terrace received two awards at Australia's Wine List of the Year Awards — Tasmania's Best Wine List and Best Listing of Tasmanian Wines; the article does not give the year. Christmas Day lunch and a New Year's Eve dinner are listed for 2026, both by booking only.

Links Restaurant
Links is the restaurant most guests will use most often. It serves the buffet breakfast every day, a carvery at lunch and dinner, and, while Watergarden Dining is closed, the Watergarden favourites such as fish and chips, schnitzels and burgers. It has indoor and alfresco seating with views across the course and the lake. The buffet breakfast is not included in every rate; it is part of selected packages, otherwise paid on the day.
Bolters at the Villas
Bolters is the food-and-drink corner of the villa precinct: a grill for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, a pizzeria every evening with gluten-free bases on request, and a bar with a bottle shop. It handles groups of up to 100 on set menus. For guests in the Villas it is the reason not to drive or wait for the shuttle on a Sunday or Monday evening, when the pizzeria is the only one of the three that serves food.
Dietary needs and surcharges
- Several venues offer gluten-free options; selected dishes can be made without wheat, gluten or dairy, but the kitchens handle the common allergens and do not guarantee that food is free of traces.
- A 10% Sunday surcharge and a 15% public-holiday surcharge apply to food and drink across the property, including room service; the resort describes this as indicative and subject to change.
- Payment is by major credit cards and EFTPOS; there is an ATM in the Resort.
The bars are covered separately on the bars and music page. Groceries are not sold on site; self-caterers in the Villas shop in Prospect Vale.
