What the site is

Prospect Vale Stay is an independent information website about Country Club Tasmania. It is not the resort's website and is not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with the resort or Federal Group. Names of the resort, its venues and its operator are used only to identify them.

Requests are not bookings

Sending the request form does not reserve a room, hold a rate or create a contract. A booking exists only when the resort or a booking partner confirms it, on that party's own terms, including its cancellation and payment conditions. The desk will state those terms in its reply but is not a party to the booking.

Accuracy

Information on the site was checked against official sources on the date shown and is given in good faith. Hours, facilities, prices and events change, sometimes at short notice; the resort's own website and staff are the authority on the day. The site is not responsible for decisions made solely on its pages.

Illustrations

Every image on this site is an illustration made for the guide. None is a photograph of the resort, and none should be taken as showing a particular room or view.

Use of the content

Text and illustrations may be quoted briefly with a link back. Copying whole pages or the image set is not permitted without asking.

Gambling

The site provides no gambling service and links to none. Information about the casino is factual and for adults aged 18 and over. Help is listed on the responsible gambling page.

Changes and law

These terms may be updated; the date below shows the current version. They are governed by the laws in force in Tasmania, Australia, and nothing in them limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Last updated 1 November 2026.
