One Bedroom Golf Villa: self-catering on the course side
The villa layout aimed at golfers — a kitchenette, a car at the door and an outlook over the reworked course.

The Golf Villas share the 41 m² size of the Garden Villas but face the other way, positioned for views over the eighteen-hole course now being rebuilt. The official page notes a difference between units: some have a patio, while others have outdoor seating on the back lawn. Inside there is a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a double wall bed in the living area.

For golfing groups
Four golfers sharing on a budget will find the double wall bed more comfortable than a sofa bed, and the car at the door takes care of the clubs. The golf-and-room package published by the resort is offered for both the Resort and the Villas for stays from 4 December 2026 to 30 April 2027, with one eighteen-hole round per adult and a short warm-up at The Range. Conditions are on the golf page.
Older text on the page
Like the Golf Executive page, this villa page still refers to a $14 million course. The resort's current golf pages give $20 million and a December 2026 opening; the guide uses those figures.
