The Deluxe King replaces the twin's queen-and-single arrangement with a single king bed — one of the resort's custom Signature beds — and turns the room towards what the official page calls a wilderness view. It is positioned within the main building, close to the casino, the dining rooms, the bars and the entertainment spaces, and it is the only standard Resort category listed with an accessible room option.

Views and wildlife
The room page claims some of the best landscape views at the property and describes the room as a private vantage point for the comings and goings of pademelons, Bennett's wallabies, Forester kangaroos and native hens. Rooms are allocated by the resort, so a particular aspect cannot be guaranteed; a preference can be noted on the request and passed on.
The accessible version
The resort lists an accessible room option for this category but does not publish its fittings — door widths, shower type, grab rails or bed height are not given on the room page. A guest who needs particular features should state them in the notes field so that the desk can ask the resort for the detail before anything is confirmed. The accessibility page lists the questions worth asking.
Who books it
Couples on a short break, solo business travellers who want to walk to dinner, and guests attending a show in the Mt Pleasant Showroom are the natural fit. A couple planning to spend most evenings in their room may prefer the extra space of a Courtyard Suite.
